Overview

This website is operated by Cheeky Trunks. Throughout the site, the terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Cheeky Trunks. By visiting our site and/or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Our products

Cheeky Trunks are novelty swim trunks with a printed "fake thong" design. The thong, legs and butt are only a print: the trunks fully cover you. They're made for fun settings like pools, beaches and parties. You're responsible for wearing them appropriately and following the rules of the place where you wear them. Colors on screen may vary slightly from the real product.

2. Orders

We may limit or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be for resale or that show signs of fraud. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll refund you in full.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We're not responsible for typographical errors in prices or product information, and we may correct them at any time.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and refunds are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these Terms.

5. Reviews and content you send us

If you send us reviews, photos, videos or comments, you give us permission to use, edit and publish them in any media, without payment to you. Please only send content that you own and that doesn't break any law.

6. Prohibited uses

You may not use the site or our products for any illegal purpose, to harass or deceive anyone, to submit false information, or to commit fraud, including false refund claims or unjustified chargebacks.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We're not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, or for how other people react to your trunks.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Venezuela. This doesn't remove any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

We may update these Terms at any time. The current version is always available on this page.
