Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Venezuela and all 27 countries of the European Union.

Shipping cost

• 1 pair: Express shipping costs $3.
• 2 or more pairs: Express shipping is FREE.

Delivery time

Orders arrive in 4–7 business days, including 1–2 business days to process your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. We'll email it to you as soon as your order ships.

Delays

Delivery times are estimates. Delays caused by the carrier, customs, weather or peak seasons are outside our control, but we'll always help you follow up.

Customs and duties

International orders may be charged import duties or taxes by your country. These charges are paid by the customer.

Shipping address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to fix it before it ships.

Lost or missing packages

• If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, let us know within 7 days of the delivery date.
• If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us. We'll investigate with the carrier and, if the package is lost, we'll send a replacement or give you a refund.
